Authors
Christoph Meier
Description
In co-innovation projects several industrial and/or research partners are
contributing to the project success. The Common Consortium agreement should
answer the following two fundamental questions:
« who owns which IPs» ?
« who has the rights to use which IPs»? During the joint project and later for exploitation.
